On February 2, 2026, at the Atlanta City Council meeting, Rev. Duncan Teague served as Chaplain of the Day, during which he led the invocation at the start of the meeting.
The purpose of the Chaplain of the Day is to call everyone together in prayer and reflection as guiding words of wisdom and peace are shared with the room and those viewing on ATL Channel 26 and streaming online.
